As you see in the 2nd picture, this book was NEW, SEALED when I went to take the pictures. I ended up removing the cellophane because it was very scuffed up, almost looked dirty from sitting on a shelf for years. With the Cellophane removed, the outside of the book looks very good, there are a couple light rubs. The interior of the book is New. The book has never been opened except to take the pictures your see in this listing.
